Red Cross In Urgent Need Of Blood Donations
NORFOLK- The American Red Cross is asking people to roll up their sleeve amidst an urgent blood shortage. Red Cross Communications Manager Katie Marshall says donations of blood in Nebraska are down 3 percent over the last 11 weeks, and have dropped 8 percent across the country during the same time period.
